A.Equipment description:
This equipment is used in high frequency pipe production line, it is a special equipment for steel pipe end face milling and chamfering.It adopts the mechanical and servo drive, through the electrical control, automatically complete the steel tube end face milling and chamfering process of the whole process.
The structure adopts double (or single) dislocation plane form.
2.Process layout:
A power head is arranged on each side of the processed steel tube, and a mechanical step feeding mechanism is arranged in the middle. A set of alternating current motor driven roller table is installed at the inlet baffle of each power table, and the alignment is achieved by the rotation of the roller table.
3.Main equipment components:
The power head and feeding device, clamping device, horizontal shift device, alignment device and electronic control, hydraulic device, etc
Four.Main equipment introduction:
1) power head:
Equipment, its main part by motor through a belt and gear drive spindle, spindle end is equipped with tool chuck, can install three knife, respectively to flat steel tube and the internal and external chamfering work, including chamfering tool for floating structure, in steel cylindrical roller pressure at work, make through roller chamfer cutter along the pipe chamfering outer contour.The spindle is driven by ac motor, and the spindle speed is adjusted by frequency conversion to meet the requirements of different diameters of steel tubes.
2) feeding device:
The integral feeding mode is adopted, that is, the whole power head is supported on two linear guides, and feeding is realized through ball screw, which is driven by servo motor through reduction box.
Through electrical control, the precise control of fast forward distance and speed, working advance distance and speed can be realized. The above values can be set and changed by the touch screen according to the diameter, wall thickness and material of the steel tube.
3) clamping device:
Hydraulic clamping mode is adopted, which consists of bracket and clamping seat.The support is supported on the power head by four columns, and the upper block for hydraulic lifting is installed above the support, and the lower block is installed on the machine base.When the specification is changed, it is realized by replacing the internal card block of the card holder.
4) horizontal shift and alignment device:
Horizontal shifting device:
Mechanical stepping mechanism is adopted, with two sets of devices, the same structure, through the ac motor centralized transmission.
Structure: the stepping beam is driven by three parallel arranged cranks, and the crank is driven by synchronous gear to achieve synchronous motion. Every time the crank turns, the stepping beam moves for one cycle, sending the steel pipe forward to a station. Considering the flat head machine adopts the staggered layout, the stepping beam drives five steel pipes to move simultaneously.
Alignment device: it is composed of three sets of motor driven roller beds and baffles, and each set has two independent roller beds. It is roller drive device, and the motor is decelerated to drive roller wheels. In order to prevent excessive wear on the steel tube, starting and stopping operation system is adopted for the roller beds.
5) hydraulic system:
By the hydraulic station and control valve group.The hydraulic station consists of box, motor, hydraulic pump, cooler, oil filter, level gauge, pressure gauge, electromagnetic overflow valve, air valve, etc. The pressure gauge, electromagnetic overflow valve, air valve, motor and hydraulic pump are placed on the top cover of the box, and the electromagnetic overflow valve has the function of automatic unloading.
The valve group is made into two sets, respectively for the control of the two clamping devices.
6) electrical control:
Servo motor and ball screw are used for feed of cutter head.
Spindle (cutter head) speed variable frequency speed regulation;
Electrical components: PLC for s7-200, electrical components using schneider or equivalent brand products.
There are three working conditions: automatic mode, single-cycle mode and manual mode. The working process is automatically controlled by PLC. The operating table is equipped with operation buttons and touch screen.
Single cycle mode can complete a full working cycle of step feeding, clamping, feeding and processing, etc. for the convenience of user test operation.

Material: medium and low carbon steel Q235, Q345B and so on, processing steel pipe diameter: 165 mm ~ 273 mm Φ Φ, wall thickness, 4 ~ 8 mm, tube length: 6-9 m, cutter head speed range of 110 ~ 350 RPM.
Processing speed (unilateral processing quantity ≤5mm) :
Simplex: 2 ~ 4 roots/min;
Double station: 3 ~ 6 / min.
