3. Features
The Spiral Tube Machine is similar product with Tormec Company in Switzerland. And it is the perfect machine for making the metal spiral tube. Besides, the machine has continual feeding working principle with spiral and seam lock forming, and is one kind of advanced, highly effective, upscale round pipe processing equipment. Compared with the similar round duct making machine, it is much more flexible nimble. Because the spiral tube machine can produce the random diameter round duct in the scope φ80-φ1500. What's more, it is simple to adjust, and does not need to have the fixed dead mold. In addition, the round duct length can be measured freely and saw up automatically with falling the material at the same time. The machine adopts the PLC procedure control, operated with the touch screen. The main engine can do the frequency modulation limitless speed change, and the direct locomotion adopts air driven. While the seam lock also adopts air driven (the air pressure should be adjusted from 6 to12Mpa accord with the thickness of steel strip).All the direct locomotion can modulate speed as well as adjust the pressure. 4.Machine Loading, Installation and Testing4.1 In long-distance transportation, it must take down the mould frame of machine, then install on the bottom frame. Moving the feeder and tail support on suitable station, tightening the screws. When the machine is swinged, install four flying rings respectively on screw orifices of cycloarc guide rail both ends below the feeder and of install mould frame on flat.4.2 When install the machine, the mould frame should be moved from the setting to the table. Put the out table to the vertical level with mould frame, aim at the center guide rail of mould frame.Fix the distance control switch on the out table, insert joining the cable and connect with the machine. When the machine is fixed orientation, it only need keep basic level, up to the vertical level center guide rail of mould frame, it must be steady between the machine and groudwork. It must be good earth connection, or induction electric may affect the flexible of transducer and PLC.4.3 Get through the power, open the touch screen operation surface, press "cutting motor", and the cutting machine is running. Be attention the running and saw gear direction. Then press "manual" to turn to "automatic", press "start" twice. Then the main motor begins to run. Press out table distance control switch, and the cutting machine rotates up. Pull back the cutting machine with hand to the induction switch and it down to replace. After that the main motor starts to run automatically till the whole circle finishing. If there are any faults during this processing, check the displacement of parallel flex cylinder and up/down cylinder induction switch occurred during transportation and installation. Then adjust the induction switch place till the cylinder replaced and the light brightened.5.Machine OperationControll Screen: The machine adopts the touch screen to doing the operation controll, and the brief button operation description is introduced as follow:1)Start/Stop: At normal state, press it (inavoid misoperation, need to press twice) and the machine can start work and repeat the cycles automatically. And press it again to stop running.2)Foot Pedals Clockwise/Reverse: At foot Pedals state, the main machine can run forward or reverse at low speed, used "stop" to change.3) Reverse / Clockwise: At manual state, the main machine can run forward or reverse at low speed, used "stop" to change.4) Manual/Automatic: Manual can work at low speed and it applies in single procedure operation. Press "Stop" "Reverse / Clockwise", and "Cutting", which can run the single cutting cycle. Manual must be used when change the tube specification and the strip restart. While "Automatic" can make the machine running continuous and do the automatic cycle, and only after the diameter, the length and seam lock are all adjusted well.5)High Speed/Low Speed: At manual state, the main machine can run continuous at high seed. 6)Cutting Motor: At stop state, finish the cutting function once in a single cycle.7)Relaxation: Control the pressure and looseness of upper seam lock wheel.8)Return: Return to main screen.9)System Maintenance:The maintenance related instructions of machine,and can set time about year,month and day.10)Operation Manual: The two kinds of work way for this machine.11)Time Setting: Set time space between an automatic cycle to next one. (The appearance number unit is second)12)Set On The Amount:In automatic mode, click on the set production to the number of the pipeline.13)Coumter Reset :The amount will be cleared.14) Emergency Stop: The machine can be emergency stop with electric cut when machine running abnormal or with error.15) Speed Control: Adjust transducer frequency and main motor limitless speed control. Operation methods 1) Fix the stirp (the width 137mm) on the feeder and tighten it. Then adjust the scale of tailor setting to the right place accord with the tube diameter. The wheel of feeding enterance should be oiled. (ordinary machine oil)2) Fix the steel strip die on the mould frame accord with the tube diameter. And then check up wether the down seam lock wheel is accord with the strip thickness or not. (for different thickness, equiped with 5 extra different wheel)3) Feed the strip into the enterance, and press "stop" and let the strip go through 4 press rollers and grooving plate ,then get to the up/down seam lock wheel. During this processing, adjust strip's both side of seam lock to symmetry and the degree of it.4) Use "stop" at low speed. Transfer the strip in the mould to a spiral tube, pressing tight upper roller. And then embed the wheel in female roller. At this moment, transfer a small segment out at low speed and saw it smoothly. After that, the tube diameter should be checked out, and it should be adjusted if there is any error.5) Transfer the tube to the out table at low or middle speed. At the same time, the height of out table should be adjusted to right place in order to support the forming spiral tube. At last, regular the tube length and measure the distance control switch.6) Attention that the adjusting methods should be applied continuously during next step till all the tube transfer successfully.6. Machine Lubricating and MaintenanceLubrication: engine oil: 46# oiled once each 8 hours runningButter: all the shaft and gear wheel of seam locker should be buttered once each 40 hours running.Maintenance: 6.1:Each time when change the tube mould, all the scrap iron and offal in the dead angle space should be cleared completely. 6.2: Clean up it each time you off work.6.3: If the machine doesn't work long time, electric and air should be cut off, and then buttered the machine.7. . Air Pressure SystemAir pressure system equipment is composed of press cylinder, return cylinder and up/down cylinder.(See the reference on attachment 1)8. Electrical system 7.1 screen funtion: a) Plan quantity: the machine produces accord with the plan quantity. For example, if 100 is needed, and then set the number 100. when manufacture 100 totally, the machine will stop running automatically.b) Total: product accumulative total, add one when produce one,touch on the number ,the number will be 0c) Manual/Automatic: "manual" initialized, and press it and turn to "automatic" state. The purpose of "manual"operation produce is to adjust all parts of machine and test wether all the switches can work normally or not. Only after the "Manual" testing and all parts running normally, the "automatic" operation produce can work for manufacturing.d) Automatic: press "manual" and turn to "automatic". Press "start"----- "high speed"-----mee "low speed distance(010)"-----"low speed"-----"setting length", when touch "low speed distance(010)" and stop-----press"cutting motor" start-----"up/down cylinder upper cutting"-----when the cutting forward to the position and touch the switch (005)-----up/down cylinder descend to the position, and the magnetism switch (008) lights-----return cylinder drops back to the position (009) magnetism switch lights-----the whole process is over-----time delayed automatically (screen setting the delayed time)-------the delayed time is up, the main motor repeats the whole processing...repeat the circles till the mount producing quantity finishede) stop: at manual state, it has the same function with foot pedal and runs forwards and reverse, only for the feeding and out.7.2 faceplate botton1) Control Power: power on2) Power Indicator: when the power is on, the light is brightening.3) Emergency Stop: press down and the whole system stop running out of electric4) Speed: adjust the motor (transducer) speed.7.3 see the reference on attachment 2Packing ListNo. | Item | Specification & Mark | Quantity | Remaker |
