1) feeding mechanism:
The user is required to have a stock chain located between the conveying roller table and the loading mechanism for buffering.
The feeding mechanism is used to feed the steel pipe on the stock chain into the conveying device one by one.The chain consists of four sets of chain hook devices, which are driven by a hydraulic motor (or ac motor). A counting device is arranged at the outlet of the chain.
To prevent steel pipe from scratch, the chain hook part can be attached to nylon plate.
2) horizontal conveying device:
Located behind the feeding mechanism, it is composed of support, conveying chain and other devices.Among them, the brackets are made of welded square tubes, and there are three groups in total. 3) moving trolley: it is used for conveying a row of steel pipes on the conveying device to the position of the electromagnetic chuck.
The structure is composed of lifting frame, car, guide bar and cylinder. The car is a whole frame, which can realize horizontal movement through the cylinder. The lifting frame of three cylinders is installed above, and the lifting frame is guided by the guide bar.The equipment is installed in the middle and rear of the conveying device, and the lifting frame is corresponding to the baffle. When it works, the lifting frame will descend. When the number of steel tubes on the conveying device reaches the requirements, the bracket will be raised to lift the steel tubes, and the transverse moving car will send the steel tubes to the rack at the working position of the electromagnetic chuck.
4) locating the material rack: it is used to accept the steel pipe sent by the moving trolley and arrange the steel pipe tightly.
A positioning baffle is fixed at the end of each bracket, three of which are equipped with pneumatic clamping device. The structure of the clamping device is as follows: the moving plate is supported by guide rod, driven by cylinder, and the steel pipe is arranged in close order under the joint action of positioning plate, electromagnet and moving plate.
5) material handling device (electromagnetic chuck type) :
Structure form: on an overall frame, a horizontal moving car is designed. The car is installed with a beam for lifting and lowering, and three sets of electromagnetic suction disks are installed on the beam.The trolley is also driven by servo through rack and pinion.When working, the electromagnetic suction cup catches the steel tube, and sends the steel tube forward through lifting and horizontal walking. When approaching the packing rack, the electromagnetic suction cup accurately sends the steel tube into the packing rack through servo interpolation movement, and the electromagnetic suction cup will power off and return.
In order to ensure the steel tube in the position of the electromagnet, the electromagnet is provided with a splice tooth plate, the replacement of steel tube specifications need to replace the tooth plate.
6) palletizing and retaining device: palletizing device is composed of 4 devices with the same structure.
After the steel pipe code package adopts the longitudinal removal method.
According to the structure restrictions on both sides, the steel tubes are coded into steel tube packages of specified shapes, and the main structures are: base, horizontal roller and positioning bracket, etc.The base is fixed on the foundation, and positioning rollers are installed on the positioning supports on both sides of the steel tube package to play a positioning and guiding role. The positioning frame on one side can be adjusted through the lead screw to adapt to different steel tube specifications. The horizontal roller is supported on the base by bearing and driven by ac motor and reducer.
In order to adapt to the common use of rectangular tube and circular tube equipment, the vertical roller on both sides can be adjusted, in which the lower roller can be adjusted from 60° to 90°, and the upper roller can be removed.
The retaining device is arranged above the side vertical roller to locate the steel pipe in the upper part of the hexagonal package. The retaining device swings through the cylinder.
7) steel pipe removal device:
The structure is: the longitudinal removal is the roller table removal structure, which is divided into two sections: the front section and the back section. The front section is butt joint with the stacking device, and the back section is the manual binding position. At the same time, the steel pipe can be horizontally removed and stored through the chain after binding.
Front section: a positioning bracket and a horizontal driving roller are installed on the frame, with one set of positioning bracket on each left and right side. Each bracket is arranged with upper and lower idlers, in which the upper idlers can be moved up and down, and a positioning frame can be moved horizontally to adapt to the change of steel tube specifications.The horizontal roller is driven by an ac motor.

The latter section: arrange in the position of the material storage chain, where the steel pipe is manually tied, and allow the steel pipe to be moved out horizontally. For this reason, the vertical bar on one side should be able to swing, and then become horizontal, so that the steel pipe can be moved out horizontally to the chain.When the stacking of the steel pipe in the stacking device is completed, the horizontal idler of the removal device is started to drive the steel pipe package to the welding position of manual binding for the steel pipe binding.When the stacking of the steel tube in the stacking device is completed, the steel tube removal device is opened to the lower part of the stacking device, the steel tube is lifted, the baffle of the stacking device is opened, and the removal device is opened to the manual tying position for the steel tube binding.

8) lifting chain:
It is used to lift the tied steel pipe and transfer it out of the roller table horizontally to the stock chain.
The structure is made up of sprocket, swing support, hydraulic cylinder and drive, the chain is made up of three components, hydraulic motor or ac motor drive, through the hydraulic cylinder but swing support swing around the axis, so that one end is raised, from the roller table to support the steel tube.
9) storage chain
It is used to store the bundle of steel pipe to save the working time of crane.Composed of sprocket, support, transmission, etc., the position is arranged after the lifting chain, to accept the steel pipe package from the lifting chain, the chain is composed of 3 sets, designed to store 3 packages of steel pipe.
